Do you really know Céline Renucci, Director of the MSc Corporate Financial Management at SKEMA Business School? Let’s check it out!

Your favourite finance concept: It also applies to life: “no pain, no gain!” Work is good for our health.

The book you read this summer: Dans les forêts de Sibérie [The Consolations of the Forest: Alone in a Cabin on the Siberian Taiga], Sylvain Tesson. He tells his story about leaving alone in the Siberian Forest for months, cut off from the world. Very inspiring!

What helps you concentrate best: Stress!

The other job you would have liked to do: Midwife, they are vital, brave, and connected to the real sense of life. Or Philosophe, for the same reasons!

The country you dream to live: Norway or Italy, depending on the season.

The best piece of advice you’ve received about teaching: Make sure you initiate an interaction with students every 7 minutes.

Your favourite type of music: Pop – Jazz – Classic.

The must-see film you would recommend: Mayrig – the story of an Armenian family arriving in Marseille, after they survived the genocide from the Ottoman Empire.

Your favourite activity outside work: Dance: classic and jazz. It makes me feel alive and I can stop thinking for a while.

The historical figure you would have like to meet: She is still alive, but is already an historical figure: Christine Lagarde, former Finance Minister in France and Governor of the European Central Bank. I admire her intelligence, and capacity to be super powerful in the male-led finance world.
